Join our team of talented healthcare professionals! CompleteRx has an opening for a Part-Time Pharmacy Technician to help provide exceptional patient care at our 60 bed acute care hospital located in Manitowoc, WI. This is an immediate position to fulfill.


Hospital Overview:

Short term acute care non-profit hospital. Services include an inpatient and outpatient medical center, specialty and walk-in care, over 15 clinics, a retail pharmacy and a rehab facility. 


Work Schedule:

Pharmacy hours: 6am - 7pm weekdays; 7am - 5:30pm weekends and holidays. 

  • Potentially work between 1-3 shifts x 8 hours.
  • Some weeks will be zero hours. 
  • Occasional weeks could be 40 hours (covering for vacation).

What You Will Do

  • Ensure procurement and distribution of drug orders 
  • Participate in medication history collection and validation process
  • Process and deliver discharge prescriptions for patients of our Meds-to-Beds program
  • Utilize multiple technologies to maintain efficient medication management processes
  • Identify and fill replacement medications on emergency crash carts, OR carts and floor stock accurately
  • Prepare sterile products (including chemotherapy and parenteral nutrition) accurately
  • Deliver medications and supplies to patient care and ancillary areas accurately
  • Rotate stock to ensure use before expiration date
  • Pick up orders, requisitions and medications for return from patient care areas when on delivery rounds
  • Enter charges and credits for patient medications accurately
  • Identify and replace outdated and unusable drugs



What You Will Need 


  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Basic computer skills including knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams.
  • Experience with Cerner, Omnicell, and/or QS1 systems a plus
  • One year plus hospital experience preferred but not required
  • Courteous, professional service to patients, visitors and staff
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
