Overview

CompleteRx has an opening for an Accounting Clerk to join our team at our corporate office.  The Accounting Clerk is responsible for properly recording financial business activities, assisting in the monthly close and financial statement preparation process.

What You Will Do

  • Provide detail reconciliations to Senior Accountant so he/she can provide meaningful and accurate financial information to the CFO.
  • Reconciliations is the main responsibility in this role; 60% of the time.  MS Excel skills is a must and preferably familiar with cross-reference reconciliations.
  • GL and Journal Entries are the second main responsibility; 30% of the time.  
  • A/R will involve data entry; 10% of the time.  Prior experience is helpful, not required.
  • Maintains financial security by adhering to internal controls, and by keeping information confidential.
  • Follows and encourage compliance with the CompleteRx, Ltd. Team Covenant to promote a working environment that attracts and retains talented, committed employees.

 

What You Will Need

  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Accounting degree preferred.
  • Previous account reconciliation experience required.
  • 2 to 4 years of full cycle accounting and general ledger experience.
